My last order was 5 days ago (delivered on time), but I’ve noticed my on time delivery has dropped two percentage points since then. I haven’t had any other orders. What gives?
Did your buyer re-open the order with a modification request after you delivered? Because that could put an order in Late mode…
If not, then it could be a bug, in which case you’ll have to contact Customer Support to assist you
