junaidasghar38 Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 I Delivered an order late. so my on-time delivery rate dropped to 96%. Late it started to drop on daily basis, It reached 86%. Now I have delivered almost 5 order on time after that and It rises after order is delivered on time but again drop next and even lower. Can someone guide me about it? How can I make it above 90%?
