One order multiple result, Delivery Time problem

So i’m pretty confused. What if you got an order with multiple result? (like if someone orders my background gig, and they want me to make more than 5 backgrounds in one order, will the the delivery time still using the basic of the gigs? Because I set the delivery day is 5 days for 1 until 2 backgrounds, there’s no way that I could make more than 5 detailed background for 5 days) Or is there somekind of options from fiverr that I could use or I didnt know about? Thanks in advance for anyone who read this 😄
