Online does not show


When we are online it’s not showing online our gigs? What’s this problem? Is it a site failure?


When You are online,This affect to display your gig in fiverr search results.If your gig does not display in the fiverr search results,Please contact fiverr cs.


so you mean being online 24*7 is not good??


Just to help you out here dear.

To solve this issue, try this.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Dashboard”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Click on “Public Profile Setting”
  5. Scroll down a bit to where you see "ONLINE STATUS"
    When you are here, make sure that the box infront of it is showing “GO OFFLINE FOR…”

After that, scroll down and click “SAVE CHANGES”

That should solve your problem…I hope this helps.
