Online vs. Offline?

Hi All!

My name is Jake, and I’m new to fiverr. I’m planning to post some gigs soon, but I am unclear on the way that the platform works in some respects. I want to know if it’s possible to only receive requests for my gigs while I’m online, so that I can ensure fast response and turn around times. Sometimes I have to travel, and I want to make sure that I don’t get gig requests while I’m offline.

Is this possible?

Buyers can message you and place their orders whether you’re online or offline.

In order to prevent buyers from purchasing from you, you would have to either pause your gigs or to activate vacation mode.

search VACATION MODE that allows sellers to turn off orders… Usually ONLINE sellers get more orders than offline by the way…

Welcome! Vacation mode also has limitations on it. So can’t travel all the time, hehe. Don’t recall exactly how often you can vacate, was it like 3 months every year and month at a time max?

2 months every year (used to be 1 month), unless they have changed it again.
