Opened three ticket three days ago, but no response


I opened three tickets three days ago to get a refund but didn’t get any response.
The ticket was for an order payment I didn’t on Paypal but the system doesn’t show I paid it.
The seller didn’t get any notification about it also.
I didn’t even get a mail or an invoice from Fiverr.

I can see the transaction ID in Paypal.

I understand what happened. After the payment in Paypal, I wasn’t returned to Fiverr to fill the order.
This was probably a bug.

I opened a case in Paypal about this.
Any suggestions on what I can do?


Fiverr customer support is very busy these days, they take 8-10 days to respond to a query.
