It means that the buyer’s account is not more active. So all their active works, gigs and everything is just gone. That’s why it’s cancelled.
I don’t know.But i am very upset.Because i already completed my 80% work.
Maybe the buyer opened a dispute regarding the order and you failed to respond within the given time ( I think 48 hours)
Maybe the order is late and the buyer cancelled after 24 hours.
Try and contact support team if non of the above happened.

I think it is not your fault. Your client account might be no longer available. So it happens.
