Few days ago, i missed deadline of two order due to my personal problems. Thats my bad and my buyer canceled the orders. Even it hit my ratings, thats his choice. Now i can’t do anything about it.
The problem is, after he cancelled the orders, i got feedback saying “Seller failed to deliver on time” and shows a msg on my “to dos” to enter my feedback about that customer feedbacks. But when i go through that button, nothing happen. Just the order page load and no window to edit anything. Now it’s been few days and the buttons in “To Dos” still shown up…
Is there is a way to get rid of this? Or shall i contact customer support for Help?
