Order canceled without reading the ticket subject

My customer contact the support to change his rating doing by mistake, and they canceled the order and he get refunded and my gog was removed lol!

By that we will know that fiverr support dont do something to the seller, and the buyer for them is all!
They didnt read what he write and they cancel the order directly what should i do!?

You need to remove the name of the buyer from your screenshot as that is not allowed on the forum.

It seems you were selling YouTube views which Fiverr does not allow.

Yeah I know, that sucks. What that did was make CS take a closer look into things and they noticed a TOS violation so they took action.

i contacted the CS and i explain my situation that the buyer he didnt express his self, and i do youtube promotion from advertising.
