Order Cancellation Bug

Hi,

Recently there is an issue by some technical error or bug in the app due to which order is shown as “mutually cancelled” instead of “Dispute”. Fiverr team becomes unresponsive. Please help me how I can get my money back.

Do you mean Fiverr CS (Customer Support) are unavailable? They can respond up to 48 hours. Also try solving it from a PC too,. Sometimes, there are missing options in the Fiverr application.

They don’t reply whenever they feels that they have to pay from their pocket. They mark it resolved without discussing anything. There was another scenario in previous dispute with clear client’s fault. But when I ask them the reason they don’t replying form 6 months.
