I have a query, why does the seller’s order completion rate get affected when the buyer wants to cancel the order. Its unfair for the seller. Is there any work around to avoid it? We can neither stop the buyer to create an order if there is not any prior contact nor we can cancel an order if the buyer creates an order for the wrong gig.
Is there any solution to maintain the Order completion rate as it affects the Seller Level?
