Order cancellation process

Hi,

I just had one of my orders cancelled that was delivered last week. Customer service did not notify me of the dispute or review the order prior to cancellation? How can this work? Please review my history on the order. The buyer did not respond to me and did not provide requested feedback. I delivered the completed product. Is fiverr customer service unaware the terms and conditions of the orders? How can I contact customer service for the detail?
