Order cancellation unfortunately

Hello freelancers,
Hope you all are doing freelancing as expectations.

Today , unfortunately I faced a bad experience. That is, $5 job in mailchimp account. Client made changes 4/5 times the email template. I changed, At the end, i completed nicely looking email template. Then, i sent him and told that its complete. After that, he told me that, i sent email to everyone. Though i didn’t do that. But if i do that, but still it was perfect. Giving this blame, he cancelled the order and gave me a good dispute reason.

I want to tell that, i worked hard, did what exactly he wanted and again i got cancelled, all are my loss

  1. What do you suggest my friends? What should i do now?

  2. i did total 4 jobs, 2 were cancelled 2 is with 5 star rating with good comments. How does this cancel affect my account?

You shouldn’t have accepted his cancellation request.

Then do well to decline the cancellation request and state your reason while doing so
