Order cancellation

i have done 3 logos to a buyer three days ago and he mark this order as complete and he was very happy and he did a positive review about me and today i found that " ORDER CANCELLED BY FIVERR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The order was cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support.

The order funds have been returned to the buyer."

can anyone tell me why
