Order cancellation

Hello, I ordered the translation in three languages from the seller and he sent me files with the translation totally made by google translate. I checked it through online tools for similarity. He declines the cancellation by mutual agreement for 5 times. I do not know what to do and how to get my money back. Could you help me?

If the seller did not specifically say that the translation was guaranteed to be human translation by one or more fluent writers, you may not be able to get a refund. If the seller delivered as promised, they should get paid. IF the seller did promise it would be fluent human translation and you got software translation, then they did not deliver as promised, you should be able to cancel.

If you still think you qualify for cancellation, submit a ticket to Customer Support and quote the part of the description that said translation would not be software. Be clear and concise and hopefully they can help you.
