Order cancelled by Customer Support after 6 days and no reason is given

My order was placed on the 19th and today (the 25th) I got an email notice from fiverr stating that Customer Support had cancelled my order (no reason given) and refunded the money.



Why did Customer Support cancel the order? Why didn’t the email I received state a reason why? This will set my project back significantly if I have to start over.

You have to ask them.
Because they hope that you'll just accept it and move forward with a new order instead of taking the time to find out why.
Yes, it will set you back. Unfortunately that's a risk one takes when dealing with this type of online outsourcing agency. Build contingency time into your future dealings with Fiverr.
