Order cancelled by customer support - no reason given and still charged me service fee

I placed an order which is immediately cancelled by customer support. I have sent them a couple of emails but have yet to get a response. what frustrates me is that I wasn’t given a reason as to why my order was cancelled. Worst yet, I was still charged a service fee!!! I mean seriously…this is beyond terrible business model to just put the burden on buyers and sellers to run around and find a reason.
