Order completed but buyer requested cancellation

Hello,
I had completed the order of resume design as per the buyer’s requirement. But when i delivered the order, he did complaint to CS that his order is not completed as per his requirements, But i was 101% confident that his order has been completed as per his requirements and i know that customer’s satisfaction is our first priority. But unforfunately, I don’t know why, CS has cancelled my order which also affected my delivery ratings also. I think he wanted to take his money back thats why he did complaint about his order. so that his order could complete also and could get his money back with unfair complaint.
Please suggest me any way to get that order completed or my delivery ratings could get fair as just like before this order. PLEASE.
