I’ve noticed that my completion rate has dropped to 85% which is a surprise as I’ve never cancelled an order for anything other than buyer error…is there a way I can stop this happening in the future?

long story short: mutual cancellations now count towards that metric.

Seems a shame that I can be penalised for a buyer not undserstanding my offer!
Imagine not sleeping to work on the order for a few nights, delivering the order, getting dubious reasons for cancelling, and loose 50$ and still get penalized for it.
