I had an order cancellation on November 24th, 2020. It affet my order completion rate to 93%, since then everytime I complete a order it goes up and the next day, it again goes down. My order completion rate is now 90%, even completing 12 order after that one cancellation. Why is that happening? And when it will be 100% again?
it calculates based on number of order completed / order cancelled in last 60 days. (date is important in this case)
Does it mean, the number order completion have to be equal to the number of completed orders before cancellation?
After the 24th your cancellation will not be taken into account anymore (since more than 60 days passed since November 24th. So late this week or early next week this will come back to normal.
Thank you so much!! Then it will be a relief for me.
I actually have multiple cancellations that were on the 22nd, so within the next few days I can get rid of those. So I am in a similar case to yours.
Fiverr just tracks the last 60 days when it comes to the current stats, so you just have to worry about what happened within the past 2 months.
This really painful!
It all comes down to having enough completed orders to balance the number of cancellations. Some cancellations are hard to avoid, others less so.
