Last month one of my buyer cancel the order so my order completion rate was decreased after that I have delivered one more order and the rating was increased but in this month I have no order but I’m seeing my order completion rating decreasing without any reason don’t know why this is happening.
Can you please tell me what the reason?

The reason is probably because the order completion rate is based on the last 60 days. The completion rate will decrease (with the same number of cancelled orders in the last 60 days) if you aren’t completing new orders to make up for any completed orders that are no longer being included in the calculation because they are now over 60 days old (or >60 days since completion) - when before (before the completion rate decrease) they were included in the calculation.
