Order Completion rate issue, doesnt change!

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I can see there is an issue with the Analytic and Order Completion rate…

I can see that every time I cancel an order, each order takes down my rating…but I havent had one canceled order for almost a month and I have delivered around 30 orders…and guess what, my order Completion rate is still the same… It seems it only goes down and not up

I think that fiverr should definitely check that out as I feel it is not fair…I mean it is hard enough already even to have an order, what about this completion rate?

Just like a building construction…it is easier to pull down or demolish a building, and takes less effort, unlike building up.
One late response would make your response drop so low.,.,and it might take 3 for or more swift response to bring it back to green level…same as the completion rate.
You might have to avoid Order cancellations as much as possible, keep completing your orders, and keep your cool.
i believe it will rise again…BUT
if it refuses to go back up after some more order completions…then
You can use the Support button.

All the best.

Hi, there!

Please, check out the following thread. Hope it’s helpful.

This will be the last topic of the series. Thanks to everyone for having had me patience and, most of all, having taken the time to share your thoughts with me. A few months ago, trying to help a forum friend on another thread, I wrote a comment about quickly estimating how many orders would be needed to raise the Order Completion Rate (OCR), therefore, many will find content similarities, for I used much of what, in a hurry, I wrote back then. However, this post addresses those details that we…
