Hi guys, so my order completion rate reduced to 89% because of two cancellations. But after a while, i brought it back to 91% which was okay, but was surprised to wake up one day and see it has reduced back to 89%, at first i thought it was a glitch or something, but today after it got back to 90% i woke up to see it"s back at 89%. What is going on?? Can anyone help?

Order completion rate depends on the number of orders you have completed within 60 days.
It will increase when you complete more orders or the cancellation is removed once it’s more than 60 days
It could be a bug. If you haven’t had any cancellations, contact Customer Support.
