I’m going to get demoted at this rate WHY are mutual cancellations included in the Completion Rate? When a buyer places an order for 1 gig for an order worth 10 gigs (they did it TWICE on different accounts - DODGY) am I supposed to just accept the job when they don’t accept the in-order upgrade to ensure I’m not demoted? Bloody stupid Fiverr at it again with screwing over the sellers.
Has anyone had their rate fixed by customer service for such situations? Hate this.
Also, my completion rate is dropping even when I’ve had no new cancellations? It should be increasing as I deliver more gigs???
