Order Completion?

My buyers have canceled 3 orders in one month with mutual understanding. They purchased my gigs by mistake, they was finding something else.
Now i am on 97% order completion. Next evaluation is at 15 march, and i will get my level one on 15th.
Will order completion effects on evaluation now?
And, how many completed orders will make 1%?Sorry i am bad to explain, please anyone help.
