I ordered for an voice over with background music. My seller delivered me with an incomplete order and not matching and order have marked as completed, and promised to edit and redo it again. I had written to him many times and he has no response after he delivered the incomplete order. I know he was online. And later he promised that he will send the complete one. Until today it has been more than 3 weeks, he still keeps silence. Can I cancel the order and asked for a refund? Please let me know. The order has taken too long. What should I do next? Thanks.
