Order delivery issue!

I send the order to the customer, after that he requested reversions . When I send the files again he said that there is a icon middle of the document. What can I do for that?

If it’s the Fiverr logo it will be Fiverr’s watermark that gets removed once the order is accepted. You could let him know that. You could ask what the icon is / if it’s the Fiverr logo.
