Order delivery time extend

I need to extend my delivery time in 2nd time. I extend this before but need more time to finished. Can I extend it 2nd time?

You can send you time extension request to your buyer again and he will approve if if he is ok with it.

However it’s not very professional to extend your delivery 2 times in a row.

Try to contact your buyer and request him to do that. You and your buyer mutually can solve this problem. Or other option is to contact customer care.

They wouldn’t be able to do anything. Only her buyer can agree to extend delivery or not. Fiverr support can not extend time without buyers approval.

That’s right. Customer care cannot do anything with out buyer support.

Make sure you professionally explain why so the buyer doesn’t think you are irresponsible.

Did they place an order? Do you have an order in your notification tab? If so you can click the big green deliver order button.
