Order delivery time


I had a simple question I was hoping to get answered! I had a buyer contact me for a service in which I was to review a product he is shipping to me. He, however, has chosen to submit an order for which I advertised to have a 24 hour turnaround time. I have placed the order to be shipped to me and can only give a proper review once the I receive the item, which is not going to happen in 24 hours. As a result, I cannot fulfill the order on time. How will this affect my rating and my payment? In other words, because I cannot give him a review because I don’t yet have the item, is he free to give me a negative review and also does he have the choice not to pay me? Thank you
