Order delivery!

Hello there!

Last 25 days ago a buyer ordered a gif saying only “I just want a gif of people doing the dirty.”


I have submitted this gif and asked Let me know if this works for you or Hello there please specify me about the gif… More details.

but this order completed automatically.

Still client has no response!

Is there anything wrong I did ? should I refund.

Let me know what would be better for me ??

You don’t need to do anything. The buyer may or may not wish to leave a review as that is their prerogative.

Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.

buyer did come to fiverr last 25 days! so if he come and can complain for anything ?

If I refund this order then it will be any problem in future ?

You’ve already broken TOS by the nature of the work you’ve done. Just leave things alone as others have said.

The client shouldn’t ask for something that’s against TOS. You should’ve declined.

Yes, it is. You know TOS, and you agreed to follow it when you signed up for the site.

It’s against Fiverr TOS to deliver graphic adult services. Therefore, clients can’t ask for that and sellers can’t provide it:

Gigs and/or users may be removed by Fiverr from the Site for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

  • Illegal or Fraudulent services
  • Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy found here
  • Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene
  • Intentional copies of Gigs
  • Spam, nonsense, or violent or deceptive Gigs
  • Gigs misleading to Buyers or others
  • Reselling of regulated goods
  • Offering to prepare academic works on behalf of Buyers
  • Services that extend beyond 30 days of service duration
  • Exceedingly low quality Gigs
  • Promoting Fiverr and/or Fiverr Gigs through activities that are prohibited by any laws, regulations, and/or third parties’ terms of service, as well as through any marketing activity that negatively affects our relationships with our users or partners.

this is a big mistake then from my unconsciousness. Now what would be better for me because client come to again fiverr and complain it to fiverr ?

I’m not sure I know what you’re saying.

The client can’t really report you since you’re both at fault… If the client comes back and tries to order more, decline, but there’s nothing else to do, really.

He doesn’t have to come online again. You have your money, and that’s all that matters.
