Order did not go through but my Card was charged!

I placed an order yesterday, It did not go through, but my card was charged! I wrote to support its still no response!

Customer Support will be able to help you with this but they are very busy at the moment so may take some time to get back to you.

Do you know how long they take to reply? it was over $300 order. :worried:

Some forum posters are saying 5 to 10 days but hopefully it will be sooner for you.
