Hello, I have a monthly client for 3 months in a row. Before 3 days, we had a problem with his account on Instagram and we lost these 3 days. I sent him an order extension request for the lost days but he doesn’t respond and my order is late now. I know that I can’t deliver the order and send him a message that I will continue for the rest 3 days because it is out of Fiverr TOS. I want to ask you what happens if the buyer doesn’t reply to my request for the next 24 hours and the order becomes very late. Will I receive 1star review automatic or the order extension request matters? I have sent a ticket to support also but usually they respond after 3-4 days. Feel free to advise me on what you think that I should do. Thank you in advance!
