Order is complete but I haven’t received my goods

I am new to Fiverr. Have been getting a logo designed. Had a couple of revisions and now happy with the design. I had ordered the Pro package from the designer which includes stationery and social media kit etc. I approved the revision of the basic logo not realising this would complete the order. I have messaged the seller via chat but not yet heard back. Can an order status be changed? What should I do?

How long ago did you drop a message to your seller? It might take some time for them to respond.

You can not change the order status after it’s been completed and it might too early to panic especially if the seller is a pro. However if they don’t respond for 3 days you should contact fiverr support
