Order is not added in my gig and portfolio

One of my return Client ordered me. I have deliverd also,he accepted the order. But, He left no review and star,I also cant give him star or review.
For these reason,the orders also not added in my gig. but In my selling page,There it has included.
Now,where is the problem?
I ask for riview my client,and he told me that he did it.But till now I didn’t get it.

If he did not leave a review you cant leave a review to the buyer. Also I would not recommend asking your buyer to leave a review.

So,if he don’t review,then My order won’t be counted in my portfolio. I don’t need review,buy Need the number of order beside the gig.It is important for me.isn’t it?
