i am late to deliver order on time because buyer don’t provide me detail to start order, today i open my account and see order is cancel and i got negative rating how can i remove this negative rating any one know?? Can i contact to coustomer support

Hello, Services Delivery time only count when buyer provide details, If you still have negative feedback and buyer cancel order then you need to contact support team with further issue. Support team will be resolve your issue instantly 🙂
