A buyer placed an order, but has not told me what he wants me to do ( I do voice overs ). Now my gig is showing that I have passed the delivery deadline. I nudged the buyer a few days ago. How do i resolve this so it doesn’t negatively impact my rating?
You can try to ask a mutual cancellation, I don’t know if its possible after the gig is marked.
If the gig’s clock isn’t running, you’ve nudged the buyer and the buyer still hasn’t sent anything through, you should be able to cancel it without any negative impact (at least, that’s what support has told me). If you click on the resolution center, it should give you the option to cancel.
