Order received with out requirement?

I received an order from one of my client on Fiverr. In requirement, he gives me URL of the document. But it is not working at my end.

The clock has started. I have sent the message to client as well, but still didn’t get any revert?
I think If I didn’t complete order on time it will be marked as incomplete?
What should ID?

Send the client another message. If the client isn’t responding in a reasonable time, open a dispute to extend the time because you don’t have enough information from the client.
If the client doesn’t respond to the dispute in a reasonable time, cancel that dispute, and open another dispute to cancel the gig. The client may not respond before the delivery time but even if the cancellation takes place automatically in 2 days it shouldn’t then affect your late delivery rating.
