Order Requirements Not Working (New Order Form)

Since the new order form has come into play, my customers aren’t being asked to fill in their order requirements. This is slowing down my workflow as I have to message each customer with a list of questions after they have placed their order.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
(On closer investigation, it might be just custom orders. Another seller said he had problems turning the ‘ask for requirements’ switch OFF, so I’m thinking it might be programmed in reverse???)



I had experienced this once, too. However, in my case, it was just a one time thing (only one custom offer). It rectified itself automatically after that. IDK how, though.

I think you should report this bug to Customer Support. You will probably get a more expedited response that way.
