Order Status BUG

After i deliver the revision, Client said she already accept the delivery.
It means, order is completed already.
But both in our Dashboard, we saw the order status “IN REVISION”. Hope fiverr will fix the issue and can figure this out.

If it was yesterday then, there was a lag on the site. You have to deliver your order again.

been doing 3 times. Same result. Order status sill now changing.

I’m getting a similar problem. Whenever I turn in an order, it still says the order is active even though I delivered it. I have no idea what is going on.

Has anyone contacted customer support about this?

in my case, client approved the delivery. but nothing happen to the order status.

If that happened to MY delivery I would notify customer support immediately.

I contacted CS but not responding yet.

I already send a screenshot too stating the client’s message “I approved the delivery”.

Yes i will update on this thread regarding the CS replies.

Hope it will fix soon, so that funds will be credited to my account.

My issue was resolved. I was able to redeliver the order and it marks delivered now.
Hoping my client will accept delivery again since She did already yesterday.
