Ordered two gigs and work not completed though fivver person said it was. I want a refund!

I ordered 2 gigs from 2 different people in Fivver. One person is saying work is complete. Work is not complete and I am not satisfied with the outcome. I would still like to use Fivver again but I want my money back on these 2 gigs now. One was a Landing Page and the other was a logo. Any suggestions from anyone on how to get my money ?

You can just cancel these orders on their pages but make sure you let the sellers know why you are cancelling.



That being said it’s not very fair for the sellers as they have spent time developing the work and now they won’t get paid for it. If your brief was clear and detailed the sellers should be happy to make the modifications you request and deliver good work to get a positive review from you.
