Ordering problem

Hello everyone! I am very new here. I ordered a gig 800 edu package from a seller. I paid it by my credit card. I reviewed my credit card statement and it was paid. But my seller did not receive the order. What else am I supposed to do? Can you help me?

It sounds like the order is stuck. Did you enter the requirements? If you failed to do so the order is still inactive.

If that’s the case your seller can send you a 'Nudge" message. This will allow you to see where to enter the necessary infos.

It might be just a bug. In this case you need to get in touch with customer support and submit a ticket.
