Can someone please tell me why older delivered complete orders stay in ‘Revenue for order Complete’ and not yet turned into Funds Cleared?
For example, an complete order of 22 october is not yet cleared Fund, that’s longer than 14 days ago.
Now I miss money that belongs to me but I can’t use it.

About half of my orders say “order revenue” instead of pending clearance. I understand that payments take two weeks to clear, but what is going on? I have orders from January that still say order revenue.
