what can i do if buyer did not give any requirements and placed an order and also not replying to me.

If the clock is not counting down, all you can do is wait.

If the clock has started contact CS for a time extension. If the clock runs out you will get an automatic one star review.

tell them that cancel the order without effecting my profile !
