Our dashboard keeps saying profile incomplete

Does this site even have any support or contact areas.

Can someone please point out what we thought would be an obvious chat, contact, or other similar channel area for fiver support to submit a ticket to look into this slight annoyance.

As our forum post title says.
Our profile stills says incomplete on dashboard.
Maybe this site is just slow on updates?

Fiver should post a “Gig” for someone to fix this or help us newbies who have obviously overlooked the obvious.

Maybe it’s because you don’t have any gig yet. And yes, sometimes the system is slow or messed up. For example, I remember editing a gig and later watching that gig without my updates applied.

To contact support click on the “Help” link at the bottom of this page. That will take you to the Help Center, then in the top bar you will see a link to “Send a request”. I am not sure if it says “Send a request” because it shows the Spanish version to me.
