Over all rating is Good but NO Buyer Request and Orders

Hi, everyone!
I am a Graphics designer, I start my work on Fiverr back in September 2018. Until now I get only 5 orders and get 5-star reviews on all that but my account still down!
I read everyone tips and follow that, I change the tags I promote my account on social media and a lot of other things but still face the problem of not getting the order, Even buyer request!
I don’t know what to do more?
If I get only 5 orders in 6.5 months than this is nothing!
