I had a cancelled order which might have affect my rating but I have got 2 completed orders and a review with 5 stars recently. It is not changing my overall rating kindly look into this
You need to contact Fiverr directly if you think there is an issue with your overall rating.
Keep in mind though, that your stats are averaged over a 60 day period.
Are you talking about your 1 star review from a client?
Is that the order that you cancelled? If so did you think that cancelling that order will remove their review?
I’m not sure what is your problem to be honest
