Overcharged by Fiverr

Hello,

Something weird happened to me here and I will like to share my experience just maybe people here can give me an answer because the fiverr contact centre failed to reply me. I made a sale of $31 on one of my gigs last week and Fiverr deducted more than 20% charges on me. I was credited with $24.64 instead of $24.80. Though, the amount is very small but I believe there should be an explanation for that. I have sent a mail to the customer care but they didn’t reply me.

Does anyone have some explanation for this? Thank you

The only possible explanation for your 16 cent difference is that the buyer must have utilized a coupon.

Customer support may take up to 24 hours to respond to a ticket.
So be patient and stick with the single ticket that you have created.

Thank you for your response… It’s over 72 hours now and they are yet to reply me. But it’s not right if I have to pay out of the buyer’s coupon. Thats extortion
