With all the extras buyers have access to there comes a point where you may need to offer the buyer a partial refund for their order… Unfortunately theres no way to do that even through Fiverr support. This would be an awesome feature.
I would like to know how many suggestions were implemented that were posted in this section before.
I don’t think any because partial refunds is a pretty necessary feature considering each gig has possible extras that can be ordered that may or may not be valid for ALL buyers. For example, when I get an extra fast order that sometimes takes a little longer than 24 hours, I alert the buyer of the late delivery – but they’ve paid for fast delivery and I have no way to refund just a portion of their payment.
