Partial refund!


If one order has been placed with gig extra. Half way through, if there anyway possibility of half or partial refund to the buyer?

After a horrible experience today, i was really hoping there should be some way that partial amount could be refunded to the customer to avoid all the negativities and rude behavior.

For a gig of 24 hours timeline, i spent 2 days working it and still wanted to get rid of the buyer. There comes a situation when its not money but you want negative people out of your way.

Pls share your thoughts if anyone knows about this.
