Passing to Level 1

Hi everyone,
I need help. I have completed all the steps to go to Level 1, but the “Rating” section is gray even though I have 11 reviews, all 5 stars. I am attaching the screenshots of the section and waiting for your reply. Thanks to those who will be able to help me!

The analytics feature only counts the past 60 days. You hadn’t gotten a rating in a while when you received your recent 5-star review, so it might take a bit for the analytics page to update. If it does not update even after waiting, then you can try clearing your cache. It sometimes helps.

If you keep everything in the green, you will become a Level One Seller come September 15 (evaluation day).
